The Bell Event Centre in Cincinnati, Ohio. Its a clock and bell museum along with catering facilities. The Verdin Bell Company is located in this town and hails as one of the worlds largest bell manufacturers.
The bell shadows appear to be musical notes.

I love clocks...face clocks. What an incredible pattern this has and is duplicated in the shadows. BTW, I was born and raised in Dayton. Small world:-)
