I like the head-on shot of this window and its warm tone. A nice shot with the element of some people conversing inside too. Well done.

nice framing and I really like how that one woman is looking your direction while the couple next to her have their attention completely elsewhere and then the next woman in the backgroud reading while still another subject bent over behind her, I know this photo is not a real good candidate for cropping, but if it was, just the 4 window frames or 2 window frames with these people in it would be (in my exclusive often off mind set) really neat
