Its memorial Day week end in the USA. Over the last few months I have photographed road side memorials along the sides of roads I have travelled. These tend to be for car crash victims. This week I will show one per day ... I struggled to make a collage of them so maybe to focus on one a day is the best.

Sad reminders, you see them everywhere along the road here in Belgium. A few weeks ago a star soccer player lost his life when his car drove off the highway and crashed in to a tree. That tree has become a memorial monument. The crazy thing is is that stupid motorists just park on the emergency lane of the highway to go and visit the memorial. Very dangerous!
