The University of California - Davis once a year has its annual picnic day.
It starts of with a parade...... this clown invited folks to push a plate of shaving cream in his face.
Picnic day is open to the public. This event is designed to showcase the richness and diversity of campus life, as well as, the community of Davis. The event will start its kick-off with Parade Ceremony at 9 A.M., followed by the Parade, Entertainment, Departmental Exhibits, Animal Shows, and other exciting event. Its the largest event in the USA that is completely organized by students. Drawing a crowd of 100,000 people keeps the town in high gear for the day.

Ah, reminds me of when I visited Brigham Young University, students eating jello with cream without using their hands.
