Green Pie?
This is for those of you who lived through the 60's and 70's. Don McLeans 'American Pie' was one of the top sellers at the time and still lingers as a window into that era. This photo is an re-interpretation of that album if it would have been released today.

Ah... I had this album in vinyl for years. I always thought that it was a cool picture on the cover. When I was in college, O'Malley's, one of the less-trendy but more fun pubs, would play AP full-volume every night at midnight. No matter what bar we were at, we'd always want to be sure to "get to O'Malley's for Pie"!

A long time ago but it was one of my favourites - and even now I like it ! Madonna's cover is not "so bad" but the original is authentic and gives some nostalgia ;-) :-)

A long,long time ago
I can still remember
How that music used to make me smile.
I miss those vinyl years. A buddy of mine just hooked up his turn table and brought out his records. I wish he didn't live so faraway...I would love to have a few beer and have a listen. Ahh memories:).

I had this one on vinyl, being a product of the 60s and 70s myself. Great idea.
