Flowering Almond Tree
« Previous Main Next »

An almond orchard near Turlock, CA in the California central valley. Spring is in full swing. The sight of hundreds of acres of flowering nut trees is not only a beauty to the eyes but a real treat for the nose.

I've never seen an Almond orchard before. Looks beautiful. Great shot, with the details of the flowers in the forground and all their cousins behind them.
